Next step is to empty the balls into your Dyuce collection box and either scan the QR code or fill out the form on this page to schedule an automatic pick up from your club.

Collections are only open to Dyuce monthly subscribers.

Collections are charged at €18 each ex VAT.

Our logistics partners can only collect balls in the pre approved Dyuce boxes of 250 per collection.

Collections Terms

Dyuce and their collections partner endeavours to collect the tennis balls at the request of the club at the prescribed time and place. Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a successful ball collection; the club must ensure the box of balls is accessible for our collections team.

  • Should it be the case that our collections team tries to collect the balls but fails to do so because there was no-one present to present the box, or the balls were not in the predetermined place for pick-up, we will contact the club to ascertain the reasons for the missed pickup and rebook the pickup for the next day.

  • Should the same events occur the second day resulting in a failed pick up the club will be charged a surcharge for this failed pickup. This will be billed at the end of the month along with the other charges.

  • Should it be the case that pickups at the club prove to be not possible and result in three or more consecutive pickup failures, we will work with the club to make alternative arrangements which could include a different pickup address

  • We have endeavoured to provide several options for the club to avail of and we are confident of successful ball collection.
